Expo City Dubai is the legacy of World Expo 2020, transformed into a 4.38 km² smart city district. As a joint initiative of the Dubai government, Expo City offers a mix of residential, commercial and cultural real estate. The district is home to the Al Wasl Pavilion, Terra Pavilion and is being developed as a sustainable, innovative community with a focus on technology, education and well-being.
